Yummy in our tummies

En ting er sikkert, og det er at minst en venninnebrunch burde blitt innført hver eneste uke. Det gjør så godt, og letter på stemningen for hele uken! Med en god miks av latterkrampe og pannekaker i magen kan det ikke bli annet enn suksessfullt. I dag disket jeg opp sunnere pannekaker, og de ble supergode. Smakte i grunn ingen forskjell fra vanlige! Vi toppet de med alt fra friske bringebær til banan og sukkerfritt syltetøy fra Lerum.

One thing’s for sure! I should definitely throw at least one brunch a week with my friends. It’s so much fun, and makes the whole week a lot better! With a good mix of laughter and pancakes in my stomach I can safely say that it was successful. I made healthier pancakes and they were so good! Didn’t taste the difference from unhealthy, haha. We had everything from fresh berries to bananas and sugarfree jam on them!

10 Pancakes;

En klype salt (Pinch of salt)
6 dl ekstra lettmelk (20 oz skim milk)
3 dl fibra fullkornsmel (10 oz whole wheat flour)
3 ss Vita Hjertego Flytende (3 tbsp melted butter)
3 ss Stevia til søtning (3 tbsp sweetener)
3 medium egg (3 medium eggs)
